Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy 

We want to make sure you're happy. Most of our dresses are made to order, therefore, we cannot accept returns except for damages. However, we will look at each situation and try our best to get it resolved quickly and fairly. We want everyone to look and feel great!

Please fill out a form on our contact page within 5 days of receiving your items, and we will try our best to help solve your fit problem.  

Feel free to email us directly at with the subject as "Return".

All tags must be attached for all returns. Once the tags are removed, the item can no longer be returned. For made-to-order items, a restocking fee may apply. 

For items that are damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange. 

Bubbling Brides cannot accept returns for garments that have already been worn or altered.

Accessories and gifts are returnable and refundable. 


A Note on Sizing

As we mentioned before, we want you to feel happy about your purchase. Feel free to look at our "How To Measure" page as a measuring guide. If you should have a party, the Brideologist will be an expert at measuring. 

Dresses may run slightly different based on specific styles. The Brideologist can help you select the most appropriate size based on your measurements and her knowledge of the dresses. 

When in doubt, go up. Dresses can always be altered, and it is easier to take dresses in rather than let them out.

Bubbling Brides will not be held liable for wrong size selections that are made outside the Bubbling Brides parties. 


The Perfect Fit

Because our dresses aren't custom made, they may require minor alterations for a perfect fit. 



All dresses and accessories orders are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. If Bubbling Brides receives notice of your cancellation within this time, a full refund will be processed back to the form of payment used to secure the order.

All products should be inspected immediately by the customer. Damage Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. If you think you have a damaged item, please contact us at or call us at (312) 366-1244 (M-F, 9am-5pm CST). A customer service representative will help you return the items for a replacement. The original packing slip must be included with your returned damaged merchandise.

We highly recommend that you return your merchandise via common carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) who will provide you a tracking number. Items lost during shipping will NOT receive credit as an accepted return.
